Payment Policy
A deposit of 40% of the total cost of the trip is due upon reservation confirmation. If reservation is made 60 days or less prior to the trip start date, full payment is required. 60% due at 60 days before trip starts.
You will receive confirmation with each payment you make. GIA will also send you a pre-information packet containing useful information to help you prepare for your trip, including the details of your arrival in Ecuador (in the case of foreigners), transfers to the hotel, value of currency a suggested packing list, weather and more information needed to make your experience special.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled within 59 days before to trip starts, the tour package will be subject to the following penalty:
From 59 to 46 days……………….. 20% of the total value
From 45 to 21 days ………………. 50% of the total value
From 20 to 10 days ………………. 80% of the total value
From 09 to 01 days …………….. 100% of the total value
20% penalty from 59-46 days
In case passengers do not show up to take the tour or cannot travel for any reason, they will be considered NO SHOW and will be subject to a 100% penalty, with no refund of any kind.
